BuildTopia Debuts BT Sales Product at the International Builder's Convention in Las Vegas, NV

BuildTopia, Inc. (www.buildtopia.com) debuted the Lokitech-built BT Sales module at the International Builder’s (IBC) Convention in Las Vegas, NV January 21-24, 2003. This year’s IBC was the largest since its beginning with over 92,000 attendants.

BT Sales is BuildTopia’s new sales force automation tool specifically geared for the homebuilding industry. BuildTopia realized there was need in the homebuilding industry for a robust and full-featured sales tool for builders’ sales staff. BT Sales was built to serve this need by providing:

  • Sales campaign management
  • Prospect and buyer management
  • Document and contract management with merging capabilities


BuildTopia offers a compelling competitive advantage in that BT Sales fully integrates with the rest of the BuildTopia system. The customer can at any time decide to upgrade to the full BuildTopia and use their data across the other modules of the application.

Lokitech worked closely with BuildTopia to quickly design and develop the BT Sales product. Lokitech’s development team provided the in-depth software development experience needed to plan, build, and deploy the system within three months.
