Atlantic Hockey Association's Inaugural Year thru PrestoSports

Bethesda, MD - - Lokitech is proud to announce that the Atlantic Hockey Association has agreed to a three year deal to utilize Lokitech's PrestoSports service to host and maintain its website.

The Atlantic Hockey Association begins it inaugural campaign as an NCAA Division I Men's Hockey League this year.

"We are extremely pleased to announce our corporate partnership with PrestoSports," said Atlantic Hockey Commissioner Robert DeGregorio. "PrestoSports will enable Atlantic Hockey to better service our membership and provide information in a more timely manner to our fans and media outlets. We are also looking forward to working with Patrick Summers, who has enjoyed a successful career as an athletic administrator and continues to be a proponent for collegiate athletics."

The signing of Atlantic Hockey gives Lokitech two of the six Division I NCAA Men's Hockey Leagues using PrestoSports as their website solution. The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) host both their Division I Men's and Women's hockey leagues as well as their division III men's and women's hockey leagues with PrestoSports as well.

"We are excited to showcase Atlantic Hockey's student athletes and institutions using our PrestoSports service," said Serge Knystautas, President of Lokitech, "this is an excellent opportunity to help develop Atlantic Hockey's public awareness utilizing web technology."

The nine charter members of the new league include American International College, Army, Bentley College, Canisius College, University of Connecticut, the College of the Holy Cross, Mercyhurst College, Quinnipiac University and Sacred Heart University.
